Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Market Activation
Omnichannel Sourcing: Use a mix of digital platforms, cold calling, and referrals to identify prospective residential and commercial property investors.
Information Mastery: Provide clients with precise, confident details regarding property locations, pricing tiers, and flexible payment structures.
Property Marketing: Assist in the deployment of marketing campaigns to increase visibility for our newest developments.
2. Client Engagement & Site Experience
Site Inspections: Lead or support prospective clients on physical site tours, effectively communicating the future value and unique selling points (USPs) of the land or building.
Relationship Management: Build a rapport with walk-in and online prospects, moving them from "interested" to "committed" through consistent, professional follow-ups.
Negotiation Support: Observe and support senior executives during high-stakes negotiations, learning the nuances of objection handling and deal closing.
3. Performance & Professional Development
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly activity targets (calls/inspections) and monthly revenue goals.
Data Stewardship: Maintain meticulously updated records of prospects and sales activities in our tracking systems.
Continuous Learning: Actively participate in weekly coaching sessions, performance reviews, and real estate law workshops.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any discipline.
Status: Must have completed NYSC or possess an official exemption letter.
Drive: A documented interest in sales, marketing, and the real estate sector.
Core Competencies
Social Intelligence: Excellent interpersonal skills with a confident, presentable, and professional executive presence.
Resilience: Willingness to work weekends (when clients are most active) and thrive under the pressure of sales targets.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and the use of social media for professional networking.
