Job Description:

The Brooks Africa is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to serve as a key driver of our market expansion. In the high-stakes world of African real estate and construction, we don't just sell property; we sell lifestyle, security, and investment potential.

As the face of The Brooks Africa, you will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from aggressive lead generation and high-impact site demonstrations to the final negotiation of multimillion-naira contracts. Requirements:

1. Lead Acquisition & Conversion Strategy

  • Active Prospecting: Identify and pursue high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients through strategic networking, referrals, and data-driven research.

  • Conversion Optimization: Rigorously follow up on inquiries to maintain a high lead-to-sale conversion rate, ensuring no opportunity is left untapped.

  • Demonstration Excellence: Conduct professional site visits and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the technical and aesthetic value of our developments.

2. Relationship Management & Advocacy

  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, preparing bespoke sales proposals, quotes, and contracts that align with their specific investment goals.

  • Portfolio Stewardship: Build and maintain deep relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and high-value referrals.

  • Customer Success: Provide 360-degree support, addressing client concerns promptly to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to deed handover.

3. Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market trends, competitor pricing, and shifting customer preferences in the Nigerian real estate landscape.

  • Integrated Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales strategies are perfectly synced with ongoing digital and offline campaigns.

  • Process Integrity: Ensure meticulous record-keeping in the CRM system, maintaining accurate documentation for all transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales success. Direct experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is highly preferred.

  • Track Record: A documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.

Technical & Behavioral Skills

  • Negotiation IQ: Strong ability to handle objections and close complex deals with high-level stakeholders.

  • Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, or industry-specific tools).

  • Self-Leadership: Ability to work autonomously in the field while maintaining strong collaborative ties with the internal team.
