Job Description:
We are looking for a high-impact Growth & Partnerships Executive to accelerate the adoption of our telemedicine solutions and health outreach models. In a rapidly evolving digital health landscape, your role is to move beyond simple sales and architect systemic partnerships that bridge the gap between healthcare and the people who need it most.
This is a highly performance-based leadership role. You will be responsible for unlocking massive institutional value by onboarding corporate organizations, professional associations, and fintechs. If you are a sophisticated deal-maker with a 3–7 year track record in B2B growth and a passion for health equity, this is your platform to drive measurable social and financial impact.
Requirements:
1. Institutional Partnership Architecture
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and onboard high-value institutional partners, including trade unions, cooperatives, professional bodies, and HMOs.
Custom Model Design: Design and pitch bespoke partnership frameworks such as employee wellness programs, CSR-linked health deployments, and member-exclusive health access plans.
HMO & Fintech Integration: Forge strategic alliances with fintechs and HMOs to embed our telemedicine services into existing digital ecosystems and insurance layers.
2. Growth, Scaling & Market Intelligence
Adoption Management: Beyond signing the deal, you will work with association leaders and employers to ensure high platform usage and member engagement.
Value Optimization: Collaborate with product and finance teams to refine pricing, packaging, and service bundles based on direct market feedback.
Competitive Moating: Track competitor activity and health-tech trends to ensure our telemedicine model remains the preferred choice for institutional partners.
3. Executive Representation & Brand Presence
Industry Leadership: Serve as the face of the organization at corporate forums, industry conferences, and association meetings to build high-level brand trust.
Strategic Visibility: Support the marketing team in creating whitepapers or case studies that demonstrate the ROI of our health outreach model to prospective partners.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience
Track Record: 3–7 years of success in partnerships, business development, or growth roles within Healthcare, Fintech, Telecoms, or B2B Services.
Existing Network: A robust, verifiable network within large corporate organizations, cooperatives, and member-based associations.
Skills: Mastery of the consultative "high-stakes" pitch, advanced negotiation, and lifecycle relationship management.
