Job Description:

We are seeking an elite Business Operations Manager to serve as the master architect of our global delivery model. This role is designed for a leader who excels at the "translation" of high-level sovereign visions and billion-dollar strategic partnerships into precise, operational realities.

You will be responsible for orchestrating cross-sector initiatives—ranging from Smart Cities to National Healthcare Systems—across 12+ countries. This is a position for a systematic thinker who can navigate the complexities of international law, engineering contracts, and geopolitical nuances while leveraging Artificial Intelligence to optimize resource allocation and transparency. Requirements:

1. Strategic Project Orchestration & Governance

• Memoranda Translation: Convert strategic partnership agreements and governmental memoranda (MoUs) into detailed, actionable operational roadmaps.

• Multi-Sector Oversight: Lead end-to-end execution for high-value projects in Real Estate, Healthcare, Energy, and Government Infrastructure (CapEx >$100M).

• Performance Governance: Establish sophisticated KPI frameworks and data-driven governance structures to ensure every project aligns with both global standards and sovereign priorities.

2. Global Operational Framework Design

• Scalable Systems: Design and standardize workflows and risk-mitigation frameworks that can be scaled across 25+ sectors and diverse regulatory environments.

• AI Integration: Utilize advanced artificial intelligence and data-driven methodologies to enhance decision-making, predictive resource allocation, and operational transparency.

• Contractual Integrity: Provide expert oversight of engineering, legal, and administrative contracts, ensuring all operational activities protect the firm’s interests and local compliance.

3. Multi-Stakeholder & Sovereign Alignment

• Integration Management: Act as the primary operational bridge for joint ventures, ensuring the seamless integration of joint capital, technical expertise, and cross-cultural teams.

• Sovereign Priority Support: Support the rollout of projects tied to national visions (e.g., food security, cybersecurity, and smart city infrastructure).

• PPP Leadership: Navigate the nuances of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), aligning private sector efficiency with public sector development goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a senior global operations or management consulting role, with an additional 5 years at Director-level leadership.

• Track Record: Proven success in managing complex, large-scale projects (CapEx >$100M) across international markets, specifically within Middle East, Africa, or Asia.

• Sector Expertise: Background in Infrastructure, Healthcare Systems, Energy (Oil & Gas), or Technology Implementation.

Technical & Leadership Competencies

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations; MBA or MSc in Strategic Management/Global Operations is highly desirable.

• AI & Tech Proficiency: Expert-level understanding of artificial intelligence technology and modern operational tools.

• Contractual Mastery: High proficiency in analyzing engineering, legal, and administrative contracts.

• Executive Presence: Ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-suite leaders and high-ranking government officials.
