Job Description:
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for CCTV
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to customers.
Customer Engagement
- Provide expert advice on CCTV - Dahua specs and appliance functionality.
- Handle customer objections and close deals effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with repeat buyers and businesses.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., Competition, new brands).
- Train on new product launches and promotions.
Channel Management
- Have a strong relationship with Wholesalers and retailer, and is familiar with the market structure in Nigeria
Reporting & Feedback
- Track sales data, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Report inventory needs and market gaps to management.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CCTV technologies (HDR, refresh rates) and other brands
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Persuasive, energetic, and customer-focused.
