Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Rosabon, you will be the bridge between our high-impact financial products and the customers who need them. This role is a dual-threat position requiring a talent for Deposit Mobilization and Loan Portfolio Management. You will not only identify and convert prospects into clients but also act as a credit analyst, evaluating the financial health of applicants to ensure sustainable lending. Your goal is to provide timely financial solutions while maintaining the integrity of our portfolio through rigorous risk assessment and exceptional relationship management

Requirements:

1. Business Development & Deposit Mobilization

  • Target Acquisition: Aggressively pursue monthly loan and investment targets through direct sales, referral networks, and cross-selling financial services.

  • Product Matching: Assess individual customer needs to introduce the most suitable types of loans and investment vehicles.

  • Network Expansion: Develop and maintain a robust referral network to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.

2. Credit Assessment & Risk Management

  • Creditworthiness Evaluation: Interview applicants and process detailed documentation to determine financial eligibility and feasibility.

  • Financial Modeling: Determine critical ratios and metrics (e.g., Debt-to-Income ratios) to set up sustainable debt payment plans.

  • Underwriting Liaison: Confer with underwriters to resolve application bottlenecks and justify loan approvals or rejections based on policy.

3. Portfolio Administration & Compliance

  • Contract Management: Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on restrictions, ensuring all agreements are accurate and compliant with lending laws.

  • Digital Management: Update account records, compute payment schedules, and manage transactions accurately within the company ERP system.

  • Delinquency Control: Monitor client accounts proactively to reduce the occurrence of Non-Performing Loans (NPLs).

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Academic: B.Sc Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • Tenure: Proven working experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial sales role.

  • Technical: Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and proficiency in banking software/ERP applications.

Core Competencies

  • Sales Prowess: Ability to operate in a high-pressure, goal-oriented environment and consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas.

  • Analytical Thinking: Strong grasp of financial metrics and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

  • Relationship Management: A "customer-first" mindset focused on building long-term trust and maintaining a 90% retention rate.

  • Integrity: Strict adherence to lending compliance guidelines and financial regulations.

Salary

N80,000 - N150,000 per month.
