Verstand Resources - Our client, a distillery, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Area Sales Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the area, including prospecting and networking.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Gather and share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or any related fields.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Certification in sales or marketing (e.g. CSP, CSM).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and coach a sales team.
