Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber B2B Sales Development Executive to spearhead our outreach to investment and financial services firms. Your mission is simple but critical: hunt, engage, and book. You will be responsible for identifying high-value decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, and Ops Managers), crafting hyper-personalized email campaigns, and initiating the conversations that lead to high-level consultations. This role requires a blend of research persistence and sophisticated communication, as you will be articulating how our ERP solutions solve the specific operational pain points of investment firms.
Requirements:
1. Prospect Intelligence & Research
Strategic Targeting: Research and identify high-potential investment companies and financial institutions that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Persona Mapping: Identify and locate key decision-makers, specifically focusing on CFOs, COOs, and Investment Operations Managers.
Lead Qualification: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to ensure prospects have the authority and need for an enterprise-level ERP transition.
2. Multi-Touch Outreach & Engagement
Personalized Prospecting: Write and deploy cold email sequences that bypass the "spam" filter by providing genuine value and professional insight.
The "Meeting Setter" Protocol: Clearly articulate the value proposition of ERP in streamlining complex investment operations, with the primary goal of booking discovery meetings for senior consultants.
Professional Persistence: Manage a rigorous follow-up schedule to stay top-of-mind without being intrusive.
3. Pipeline Management & Collaboration
CRM Stewardship: Maintain a meticulous lead tracker (HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive) to ensure zero lead leakage.
Messaging Optimization: Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to refine scripts and email templates based on market feedback.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on lead volume, meeting conversion rates, and the health of the outbound pipeline.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound email outreach.
Domain Knowledge: Prior experience selling ERP, SaaS, or Enterprise Software is highly preferred.
Sector Familiarity: A solid understanding of the financial services landscape or investment firm operations.
Education: Minimum of a University Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Technical & Core Skills
Copywriting: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write concise, persuasive "hooks."
Research Mastery: Independent ability to navigate LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-gen tools.
System Literacy: Comfortable with CRM workflows and basic knowledge of how ERP/business systems function.
