Requirements:
1. Market Expansion & Merchant Acquisition
Prospecting: Identify and scout new businesses across Abuja that can benefit from Jiji’s massive audience and digital reach.
Onboarding: Guide business owners through the registration process, ensuring their products and services are properly listed on the Jiji platform.
2. Strategic Value Selling
Product Enlightenment: Educate business owners on the power of Jiji’s Premium Services and how they significantly increase visibility and sales.
Subscription Sales: Pitch and close sales for Jiji’s tiered Subscription Packages, tailoring your approach to the specific needs and scale of each business.
3. CRM & Data Management
Sales Tracking: Use our modern CRM tools to update, track, and manage all relevant sales information and merchant interactions.
Performance Reporting: Monitor your progress against daily and monthly targets to ensure you are maximizing your earning potential.
Qualifications and Skills:
The Ideal Candidate Profile
Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
Experience: No prior experience is required (we provide world-class training), but a passion for sales and marketing is a must.
Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and the resilience to operate in a fast-paced environment.
