Job Description:
We are looking for a mission-driven Financial Advisor to act as a trusted partner for our clients in securing their future. In this role, you won't just sell policies; you will provide expert guidance to empower prospective customers with the right life insurance solutions. You will be responsible for building deep, meaningful relationships and conducting thorough needs analyses to recommend products that provide true peace of mind. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner who stays ahead of industry trends and regulations to offer the most relevant and compliant financial advice.
Requirements:
1. Needs-Based Financial Consulting
Diagnostic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive reviews of a client’s financial health to identify protection gaps and future liabilities.
Solution Architecture: Recommend specific Life Insurance options—such as Term, Whole Life, or Endowment plans—tailored to the client’s long-term goals.
Legacy Planning: Educate clients on how insurance acts as a tool for wealth preservation and family security.
2. Relationship Management & Business Development
Strategic Networking: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients through ethical prospecting and community engagement.
Client Retention: Foster long-term, trust-based relationships by providing ongoing support and annual policy reviews as client needs evolve.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm’s values by delivering transparent, principled, and jargon-free advice.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Industry Intelligence
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest Life Insurance policies, tax regulations, and macroeconomic trends affecting the insurance landscape.
Ethical Standards: Ensure all recommendations and documentation adhere strictly to industry regulations and company compliance guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc/B.A) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any discipline.
Knowledge Base: Familiarity with financial services, economics, or risk management is an advantage.
Core Competencies
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret financial data and calculate risk to provide sound recommendations.
