Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development & Training Coordinator to drive revenue growth and expand our market footprint. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential market opportunities and positioning the company as a leader in professional education. You will lead the full sales lifecycle—from mobilizing clients for training programs to managing long-term corporate relationships. Beyond sales, you will facilitate organizational development and coordinate the logistics of our training activities, ensuring excellence in service delivery. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can work with minimal supervision to achieve ambitious sales targets.

Requirements:

1. Market Expansion & Revenue Growth

  • Opportunity Identification: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and position the company to capture new business in current and future operating areas.

  • Lead Generation & Mobilization: Actively market and sell professional courses to new clients, utilizing persuasive communication to mobilize participants for training cycles.

  • Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for additional product volumes and repeat business.

2. Strategic Representation & Marketing

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and client discussions to build brand authority and network with key stakeholders.

  • Strategy Implementation: Execute the company’s business development and marketing initiatives, ensuring all sales activities align with long-term strategic objectives.

  • Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering high-level presentations that articulate the value of our professional programs.

3. Training Coordination & Organizational Development

  • Logistics Management: Organize and oversee the execution of all training activities, ensuring resources, locations, and materials are prepared for a seamless learner experience.

  • Facilitation: Lead organizational development activities, including team-building sessions and strategic planning workshops for clients.

  • Team Integration: Report directly to the Corporate Sales Representative and participate in all scheduled team meetings to align on sales progress and operational updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Academic: Minimum of HND, B.Sc., or M.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Tenure: 1–3 years of proven experience in Marketing or Sales.

  • Advantage: Prior sales experience within the NYSC environment is a significant plus.

  • Residency: Must be a resident of the specific job location.
