Job Description:
Genade Homes is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and serve as a brand ambassador for our premium property portfolio. In this role, you will be the bridge between our luxury developments and discerning investors. You are not just selling "plots" or "units"; you are selling a lifestyle and a strategic investment. We are looking for a closer who can masterfully navigate the sales funnel—from aggressive lead generation and sophisticated property showings to high-stakes negotiation. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who maintains the elite brand reputation that Genade Homes is known for.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Prospecting & Conversion
Active Lead Generation: Systematically identify and qualify high-potential prospects through targeted networking, cold calling, and rapid follow-up on digital marketing inquiries.
Property Showcasing: Conduct immersive site visits and virtual tours, translating architectural features into tangible investment value for the client.
The Closing Engine: Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring all technical, legal, and company documentation is executed with surgical precision.
2. Investment Advisory & Market Intelligence
Market Insight: Act as a consultant by staying ahead of industry trends and competitor pricing, providing data-driven advice to prospective buyers.
Competitive Edge: Use market analysis to position Genade Homes’ offerings as the superior choice in a crowded real estate landscape.
Administrative Synergy: Collaborate with Marketing and Legal teams to ensure all property listings and sale agreements are 100% accurate and compliant.
3. Elite Relationship Management
HNWI Engagement: Build and sustain long-term partnerships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate entities, turning one-time buyers into repeat investors.
Referral Architecture: Leverage exceptional customer service to drive organic growth through client referrals and testimonials.
KPI Governance: Own your sales performance metrics, providing transparent and insightful reports to management on a weekly basis.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Experience: Proven track record in real estate sales or high-ticket luxury sales.
Closing Mastery: Expert-level negotiation and persuasion skills with a focus on high-conversion rates.
Client Portfolio: Experience managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate stakeholders.
