Job Description:
- Lead Generation and Client Interaction:
- Approach, engage, and qualify potential clients at designated off-site locations (shopping malls, events, resorts, etc.).
- Explain the benefits of the vacation ownership program with confidence and professionalism.
- Book appointments for qualified leads with the in-house Sales (Deck) team.
- Appointments and Reporting:
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly lead generation and booking targets.
- Accurately collect and record client contact details and feedback in CRM systems.
- Maintain consistent reporting on appointment show-ups, no-shows, and reschedules.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the Lead Conversion team to ensure appointment confirmations and hand-offs are seamless.
- Coordinate with the Deck Team and administration to ensure lead quality and lead-to-tour success.
- Attend team briefings, training, and field campaigns to maintain alignment with goals.
- Customer Engagement and Brand Representation:
- Represent the company brand positively always.
- Promote current promotional offers, events, and contests to attract interest.
Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years in sales, field marketing, or promotional roles preferred.
- Experience with face-to-face customer engagement and appointment setting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the vacation ownership or hospitality industry is a plus.
