Job Description:
IL Bagno is seeking a sophisticated, high-achieving Sales Consultant to join our Lagos team. In this role, you will be much more than a salesperson; you will be a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals, top-tier architects, and property developers. You will be responsible for translating premium bathroom and interior concepts into successful projects through expert consultation, relationship building, and precise commercial management. The ideal candidate possesses the poise to operate in a luxury environment and the technical acumen to manage complex project specifications from initial inquiry to final deal closure.
Requirements:
1. Luxury Showroom & Client Experience
The Gold Standard: Deliver a personalized, world-class experience to walk-in retail clients and corporate partners, ensuring every touchpoint reflects IL Bagno’s prestige.
Consultative Selling: Engage clients to uncover project requirements, recommending bespoke solutions that balance design aesthetics with functional and budgetary needs.
Expert Presentation: Articulate product features, material quality, and design value propositions with confidence and technical accuracy.
2. Project & Commercial Management
Technical Documentation: Prepare and manage professional quotations, project specifications, and commercial proposals for both individual retail and large-scale corporate accounts.
Revenue Stewardship: Drive growth by consistently meeting and exceeding individual sales targets through a blend of new business and existing account management.
Sales Pipeline Discipline: Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate client records, track the sales pipeline, and execute post-sale follow-ups to ensure long-term retention.
3. Relationship Architecture & Networking
Industry Liaison: Build and nurture powerful relationships with the "specifier" community—architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers—to secure repeat business.
Market Expansion: Conduct site visits and participate in industry networking events to broaden IL Bagno’s presence in the Lagos luxury property market.
Implementation Support: Support product implementation phases and provide necessary customer training to ensure a seamless post-purchase experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Tenure: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in high-end sales, business development, or luxury retail.
Software IQ: Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is a significant advantage.
