Job Description:
We are seeking high-performing, "hunter-profile" Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to spearhead business acquisition and revenue growth. This is a field-based, high-impact role designed for individuals who excel at navigating complex decision-making hierarchies within the commercial and public sectors. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value deals across the hospitality, energy, and retail ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a persuasive negotiator who can articulate a value proposition to C-suite executives and government stakeholders alike, turning a cold lead into a long-term institutional partnership.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Prospecting & Market Penetration
Targeted Acquisition: Identify and acquire new business clients within high-volume sectors including Hotels, Supermarkets, Petrol Stations, and Government-linked enterprises.
Territory Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent coverage across assigned commercial hubs.
Market Intelligence: Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, providing real-time data on competitor activities and emerging sector trends to inform sales strategy.
2. Field Sales & Stakeholder Engagement
Direct Consultative Sales: Conduct professional field presentations and technical demos tailored to the specific operational needs of diverse businesses (from Leisure facilities to Energy retail outlets).
Decision-Maker Influence: Navigate organizational structures to engage directly with key stakeholders and decision-makers, overcoming objections through value-based selling.
Onboarding Excellence: Manage the end-to-end closing process, ensuring a seamless transition from "Signed Deal" to "Active Client."
3. Revenue Growth & Relationship Architecture
Target Stewardship: Consistently meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Retention & Referral: Maintain high-level post-sales relationships to secure account renewals, drive upselling opportunities, and generate high-quality referrals.
Professional Brand Advocacy: Uphold the highest standards of corporate professionalism, serving as the face of the brand in the field.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience
Sales Pedigree: Proven track record in direct field sales, ideally within institutional or enterprise-level accounts.
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with at least two of our target sectors (e.g., Energy, Retail, or Government) is a significant advantage.
Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and sustain networks with high-level corporate and public-sector decision-makers.
