Job Description:
We are looking for a vibrant and motivated Kiosk Sales Intern to join our frontline sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand at our high-traffic sales kiosks, turning passersby into loyal customers. This is an excellent opportunity for students and early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in retail sales, inventory management, and high-stakes customer service. Requirements:
1. Customer Engagement & Sales Conversion
Active Prospecting: Proactively welcome and engage walk-in customers, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the kiosk.
Product Advocacy: Clearly explain product features, pricing tiers, and current promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
Closing Sales: Guide customers through the selection process and assist with transactions to meet or exceed daily sales targets.
2. Kiosk Operations & Merchandising
Visual Standards: Ensure the kiosk remains clean, organized, and visually attractive to maximize "stop-and-shop" appeal.
Inventory Stewardship: Support the supervisor with daily stock checks and organized product arrangements to ensure zero stock-outs.
Transaction Recording: Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and customer feedback for management review.
3. Professional Growth & Teamwork
Target Alignment: Work closely with the Sales Supervisor to understand daily goals and contribute to the team’s overall success.
Feedback Loop: Collect and report basic customer insights and referrals to help the company improve its service delivery.
Standards Adherence: Strictly follow company protocols regarding sales ethics and customer service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Status
Academic: Open to SSCE, OND, NCE, or current Undergraduate students.
NYSC: Current Corps Members are encouraged to apply.
Location: Must be willing to work from a designated physical kiosk location.
Core Competencies
Personality: Friendly, confident, and highly customer-focused.
Communication: Strong verbal skills with the ability to persuade and explain concepts clearly.
Numeracy: Basic numerical skills for handling transactions and recording stock levels.
