Job Description:
IL Bagno is seeking a polished, customer-centric Sales Consultant to be the face of our luxury brand at our Abuja showroom. In this role, you will be a lifestyle curator, providing expert design consultation to high-net-worth individuals, architects, and corporate developers. You will be responsible for turning premium bathroom and interior concepts into reality through relationship-based sales, technical product expertise, and meticulous project management. Reporting to the Divisional Head of Sales, you will bridge the gap between aspirational design and commercial success, ensuring that every client touchpoint reflects the excellence and innovation IL Bagno is known for.
Requirements:
1. Luxury Showroom Experience & Consultation
Personalized Engagement: Deliver an exceptional, high-touch showroom experience for walk-in retail clients and scheduled corporate partners, ensuring service excellence at every interaction.
Design Consultation: Act as a technical advisor to recommend premium solutions that align with the client’s aesthetic vision, project budget, and functional requirements.
Value Proposition: Confidently present product materials, innovative features, and design concepts in a way that resonates with sophisticated industry professionals.
2. Commercial Excellence & Project Management
Proposal Governance: Prepare and manage professional quotations, technical specifications, and commercial documentation for both bespoke retail purchases and large-scale corporate projects.
Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools to track lead progress and ensure timely follow-ups, moving prospects through the sales funnel to successful closure.
Revenue Performance: Drive business growth by consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets for the Abuja division.
3. Relationship Architecture & Networking
Strategic Partnerships: Proactively build and nurture a network of architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers to generate a steady stream of referrals and repeat business.
Field Consultation: Conduct on-site project visits and attend industry networking events to expand IL Bagno’s market presence within the Abuja region.
Post-Sale Stewardship: Maintain long-term engagement through follow-ups and client satisfaction checks, ensuring the IL Bagno brand remains the top choice for future projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Tenure: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in high-end sales, luxury retail, or business development (experience in the interiors or construction sector is a major plus).
Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems and architectural specifications is an added advantage.
