Job Description:
- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at our Surulere Office. This role is essential for driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility in the competitive market.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, identifying lucrative sales opportunities, and building lasting relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Sales Lead Conversion: Identify, pursue, and convert sales leads into profitable business opportunities.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs and local trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to create effective campaigns, promotional materials, and events.
- Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to measure success.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Contribute to achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the Company: Professionally represent the company at community events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
- Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
- Driving Requirement: A valid driving license is an added advantage, as the ability to drive is essential for this role.
Requirements:
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Location: Close proximity or within reasonable commuting distance to Bode Thomas Road, Surulere, Lagos State, is a plus.
- Work Schedule: The position entails working alternate Saturdays per month.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational Background: B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years post-NYSC work experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Creative Thinking: A creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Salary
