Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting for New Sales Opportunities: Identify and engage potential clients to broaden our customer base.
- Achieving Growth Targets: Successfully manage resources to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Design and implement a comprehensive business and sales plan that enhances our market presence.
- Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships by understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Present detailed sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and shifts while staying informed about new products and competitive landscapes.
- Sales Equipment Management: Ensure the adequacy of sales-related tools and materials.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Data Management: Store and organize financial and non-financial data electronically, presenting reports as required.
- Order Processing: Accurately and timely handle the processing of all orders.
- Client Communication: Inform clients of any unforeseen delays or issues.
- Customer Portfolio Management: Maximize opportunities for relationship building within your customer portfolio.
Requirements:
- Sales Expertise: Successful track record as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all organizational levels.
- Sales Process Management: Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: BSc/MSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field; certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
