Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Pursue Sales Opportunities: Engage in field activities and leverage referrals to discover new sales leads.
  • Present Solar Products: Effectively present and sell our innovative solar products and solutions to prospective customers.
  • Educate Clients: Provide valuable information on the benefits of solar energy systems, pricing options, and available solutions.
  • Conduct Site Visits: Perform basic customer needs assessments through site visits to ensure the best solutions for clients.
  • Prepare Quotations: Create competitive quotations and follow up diligently to close sales.
  • Coordinate Installations: Work closely with technical teams to ensure a smooth handover during the installation process.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and conversion rates to track performance.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Abuja and surrounding areas to effectively engage with the community.
  • Field Work: Willingness to primarily work in the field, engaging with customers directly.
  • Solar Product Knowledge: A basic understanding of solar products is an advantage

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in solar energy, FMCG, telecoms, or field sales is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent negotiation abilities.

Salary

N250,000 – N300,000 / month
