Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Real Estate Business Advisor to join our elite sales team in Abuja. This is not a traditional sales role; we are looking for a strategic partner for our clients—someone who understands that real estate in the capital is an asset class, not just a property. You will leverage your deep industry experience to identify high-net-worth opportunities, build robust investor networks, and close sophisticated deals. If you have a proven track record of exceeding quotas in the Abuja property market and possess the poise to advise top-tier investors, we want to see your portfolio.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Client Advisory & Acquisition
Investment Counseling: Act as a consultant to clients, providing data-driven insights on Abuja’s property trends, land titles, and ROI projections.
Portfolio Growth: Identify and acquire high-intent buyers and corporate investors through aggressive networking and strategic prospecting.
The Closing Suite: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from high-level presentations and site inspections to final price negotiations and contract closure.
2. Relationship Capital & Networking
High-Value Networking: Cultivate and maintain a database of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients within the FCT.
Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and luxury property showcases, enhancing our market presence.
Referral Engineering: Build a self-sustaining pipeline of business through exceptional service and client loyalty.
3. Market Intelligence & Digital Proficiency
Territory Mastery: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Abuja's zoning laws, development hotspots (e.g., Guzape, Maitama, Wuye), and competitor pricing.
Tech-Enabled Sales: Utilize CRM tools and digital platforms to track leads, manage follow-ups, and generate performance reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Mandates
Industry Tenure: Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience specifically within the Real Estate industry.
Track Record: A proven, verifiable history of meeting and exceeding high-volume sales targets.
Location: Must be a current resident of Abuja with an intimate knowledge of the local landscape.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional command of the English language (written and verbal), capable of engaging in sophisticated business dialogue.
Interpersonal Skills: Master-level networking and relationship-building abilities.
