Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Field Sales Representative to expand our brand’s presence within assigned territories. You will be the face of the company on the front lines, moving beyond simple transactions to build a robust network of retail partners. Your mission is to own your territory—identifying untapped outlets, securing prime shelf space, and ensuring our products are the first choice for both retailers and consumers. Requirements:
1. Territory Penetration & Market Execution
Active Prospecting: Conduct daily visits to retail outlets and potential customers, identifying new opportunities to expand our distribution footprint.
Merchandising & Promotion: Persuasively pitch product benefits to secure maximum visibility and shelf-presence in a competitive retail environment.
Brand Advocacy: Educate retailers on product features and current promotions to drive "push" sales at the store level.
2. Relationship & Order Management
Partnership Building: Foster high-trust, long-term relationships with shop owners and procurement managers to ensure consistent re-orders.
Full-Cycle Sales: Take accurate orders on-site and coordinate closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and complete deliveries.
Service Recovery: Proactively follow up on deliveries and resolve any customer concerns to maintain a seamless service standard.
3. Performance Reporting & Insights
Daily Activity Logs: Maintain detailed records of daily visits, orders booked, and sales volume achieved for supervisor review.
Market Intelligence: Act as the company's "eyes and ears," reporting on competitor pricing, new product launches, and shifting consumer trends in your area.
Target Achievement: Monitor your own performance against monthly KPIs, adjusting your route and strategy to consistently hit sales quotas.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Skills
Field Mastery: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, FCG, or retail distribution.
Communication: Strong verbal communication and the ability to persuade diverse personalities.
Resilience: Physically fit and comfortable with extensive daily travel within the assigned territory.
Organization: Ability to manage a route plan, track orders, and submit reports accurately and on time.
Core Competencies
Negotiation: Proven ability to handle objections and close deals on the spot.
Integrity: High level of transparency in reporting sales activities and managing customer expectations.
Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying focused on targets.
