Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, commercially astute Senior Real Estate Sales Executive to drive the acquisition of individual and corporate investors for our premium property portfolio. This is a role for a "closer" who understands that modern real estate is about wealth management, not just land sales. You will be responsible for educating clients on high-yield opportunities—including land banking and agricultural investments—and managing the complete sales lifecycle from the first call to the final deed of assignment. Requirements:
1. High-Value Investment Advisory
Portfolio Advocacy: Actively market and sell company properties, positioning them as strategic assets for wealth creation and land banking.
Client Education: Serve as a subject matter expert on specialized investment vehicles, including Agricultural Investment and Gated Estate Plots.
Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discussions with corporate investors to align our property offerings with their long-term financial objectives.
2. Business Development & Conversion
Active Prospecting: Identify and engage high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate leads through cold calling, professional networking, and referral systems.
Site Inspections: Lead professional site visits and property tours, utilizing your persuasion skills to convert "interest" into "intent."
Event Representation: Act as the face of the company at roadshows, promotional events, and high-level industry exhibitions.
3. Sales Governance & Lifecycle Management
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication between the client and the company until the deal is closed.
Negotiation Mastery: Utilize advanced closing techniques to navigate complex objections and secure favorable terms for the organization.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales benchmarks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Location
Residency: Candidates must reside in Lekki, VI, or Ikoyi to facilitate rapid client engagement and site visits.
Tenure: Proven experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory, with a focus on high-ticket transactions.
Network: A pre-existing network of HNWIs or corporate investors is a distinct advantage.
