A Print and Plastic Company is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth plans to increase market share for our plastic products (e.g., household wares, industrial packaging, or crates).
• You will lead the charge in brand positioning, competitor intelligence, and the expansion of our distribution network, ensuring our products are the first choice for wholesalers, retailers, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our plastic product lines to B2B and B2C segments.
• Distribution Network Expansion: Identify, vet, and onboard high-volume distributors and wholesalers to ensure nationwide product availability.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Work closely with the production team to provide market feedback on product design, color trends, and durability requirements.
• Competitor Intelligence: Conduct rigorous market research on competitor pricing, polymer quality, and promotional tactics within the plastic manufacturing sector.
• B2B Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients, government agencies, and large-scale retail chains.
• Brand Activation & Merchandising: Oversee on-ground activations, trade fair participations, and in-store branding to increase product "pull" from the shelves.
• Digital & Trade Marketing: Manage digital campaigns and traditional trade marketing efforts, ensuring a consistent brand message across all channels.
• Sales Analysis & Forecasting: Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, seasonal trends, and regions with low penetration.

Requirements:

• Should be 35 - 50 years of age.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BSc, HND, or OND qualification with 5 years working experience
