Job Description:

• The Marketing Officer (Paint Section) is responsible for driving brand awareness and market share for our range of decorative and industrial coatings.
• You will develop strategies to position our products as the preferred choice for architects, contractors, painters, and retail dealers.
• Your goal is to translate technical paint features into compelling value propositions that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to expand the brand's footprint.
• Project Specification: Build relationships with architects, real estate developers, and civil engineers to ensure our paint products are specified in their project documents.
• Painter Engagement: Organize and manage "Painter Loyalty Programs" and technical workshops to educate professional painters on product application.
• Brand Activation: Coordinate on-site branding, shop signage, and in-store displays to ensure high visibility at the point of sale.
• Product Launch: Execute marketing campaigns for new product lines, such as textured paints, eco-friendly coatings, or industrial primers.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular competitor analysis on pricing, color trends, and promotional activities within the paint and coatings industry.
• Color Consultancy: Provide expert advice to corporate clients on color schemes and product selection based on surface type and environmental conditions.
