- Aviya Residence and Apartments Ltd is looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive to join our expanding team. We offer a competitive base salary and an uncapped commission structure designed for top performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Identify and convert high-quality leads into property owners through strategic outreach.
- Client Engagement: Conduct professional property inspections and deliver compelling presentations to prospective buyers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with a network of private and corporate investors.
- Market Growth: Actively contribute to the brand visibility of Aviya Residence and Apartments within the Abuja real estate market.
Requirements:
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
- Local Knowledge :A deep understanding of the Abuja property market.
Qualifications and Skills:
- HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2 – 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, luxury retail, or high-value insurance marketing.
Salary
