Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Officer to lead the growth of our payroll loan portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for the "B2B2C" marketing funnel—partnering with employers (HR and Payroll Administrators) to gain access to their workforce, while simultaneously creating compelling "B2C" campaigns that speak directly to the financial needs of employees. You will work at the intersection of marketing and finance, using data-driven insights to drive loan applications and expand our market share in the competitive lending landscape
Requirements:
1. B2B2C Strategy & Client Acquisition
Strategic Targeting: Identify and secure partnerships with high-value employers and organizations to integrate our loan products into their payroll systems.
HR Partnership Management: Build and maintain influential relationships with HR Managers and Payroll Administrators to ensure our products are the preferred choice for their staff.
Sales Collaboration: Work in lockstep with the Sales and Relationship Management teams to convert corporate leads into active loan disbursement channels.
2. Campaign Management & Content Creation
Omnichannel Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels, including targeted email marketing, SMS, and corporate social media.
Collateral Development: Create high-converting marketing materials, such as digital brochures, loan calculators, and educational content that simplifies the lending process for employees.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics (CPL, Conversion Rates) to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
3. Market Intelligence & Product Positioning
Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor loan rates, terms, and marketing tactics to ensure our payroll products remain the most attractive in the market.
Market Trends: Analyze shifts in consumer borrowing behavior and payroll technology to inform future product tweaks or marketing pivots.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Tenure: 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Financial Services (Lending/Fintech experience is highly preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Experience using digital marketing tools, email automation platforms, and performance analytics.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to pitch to C-Suite HR executives and speak empathetically to individual borrowers.
Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of credit products, interest rates, and payroll deduction mechanisms.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data to find "sweet spots" for loan targeting and timing.
