We are seeking a high-energy Growth & Field Marketing Associate to be the face and voice of our event management application. Your mission is to bridge the gap between our digital platform and the vibrant world of physical events. You will drive user onboarding, cultivate high-value partnerships with event planners, and boost active usage through a mix of field marketing, digital strategy, and direct outreach. This is a role for a "go-getter" who thrives on results, loves networking at live events, and wants to grow within a scaling tech company.
Requirements:
1. User Acquisition & Onboarding
Direct Growth: Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new users, ensuring they understand the app’s value proposition and core features.
Field Activation: Execute offline marketing campaigns at physical event venues to drive real-time downloads and registrations.
Digital Outreach: Support online promotion efforts across social media and digital channels to expand our reach beyond the local market.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Networking
B2B Development: Identify and build sustainable partnerships with independent event planners, corporate organizations, and venue owners.
Event Presence: Attend and cover events hosted on the app, acting as a brand ambassador to drive publicity and live engagement.
Feedback Loop: Act as the primary link between the market and our product team, gathering user insights and feedback to inform future app updates.
3. Content & Market Insights
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and local event trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Content Creation: (Nice-to-have) Assist in creating engaging field-based content—photos, short videos, and "behind-the-scenes" stories—to humanize the brand online
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Skills
Tenure: 2 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
Industry Context: (Nice-to-have) Experience in the Events or Hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
Communication: Exceptional persuasion and interpersonal skills; you must be confident interacting with diverse clients in high-pressure environments.
Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and consistently meet acquisition targets.
