Job Description:
We are seeking a high-caliber Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth and market expansion within the highly competitive FMCG sector. In this role, you will be the custodian of our brand portfolio, responsible for translating consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies that drive volume, market share, and profitability. You will operate at the intersection of creativity and commerce—managing the full product lifecycle, leading high-impact ATL/BTL campaigns, and collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure our products win at the "First Moment of Truth" (the shelf).
Requirements:
1. Brand Architecture & Product Innovation
Annual Brand Planning: Develop and implement rigorous annual brand plans that align with overarching business profitability goals.
Lifecycle Leadership: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and packaging innovation to launch execution and post-launch optimization.
Visual Identity: Ensure 100% consistency in brand positioning and messaging across all physical and digital touchpoints.
2. Integrated Marketing Strategy & Insights
360-Degree Campaigns: Design and execute integrated ATL (Above-the-Line), BTL (Below-the-Line), and Digital campaigns that drive brand salience.
Consumer Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research to analyze competitor moves, pricing elasticity, and emerging consumer trends.
Data-Driven Optimization: Use brand health metrics and ROI data to pivot strategies and optimize marketing spend.
3. Trade Marketing & Commercial Synergy
Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales and Trade Marketing to ensure flawless in-store execution and secondary display dominance.
Merchandising Excellence: Develop high-impact POS (Point of Sale) materials and merchandising guidelines that drive impulse purchases.
Channel Support: Support distributor and retail-level marketing initiatives to ensure product "push" matches consumer "pull."
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Tenure: 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, with a heavy preference for candidates from the FMCG sector.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale brand portfolios and executing multi-channel product launches.
Core Competencies
Commercial Mindset: Strong understanding of sales dynamics, P&L management, and trade marketing.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate complex market data into clear strategic directions.
Agility: Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-moving environment where market trends shift daily.
Digital Fluency: Experience with modern consumer engagement platforms and digital performance marketing.
