Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Experience Center Executive to be the face of Sun King’s mission. In this role, you will be the custodian of the Experience Center’s operational health, ensuring that inventory is impeccably managed, the store ambiance reflects our premium brand, and every walk-in customer receives world-class service. Reporting to the Solar Inverter Manager, you will also serve as a tactical sales partner, identifying prospects and converting interest into impact. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who balances technical technical hardware checks with a warm, customer-centric attitude.
Requirements:
1. Advanced Inventory & Warehouse Governance
Serial-Based Tracking: Manage the lifecycle of Sun King inventory by scanning units in and out on a serial basis, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
Stock Accountability: Maintain real-time Goods Received (GRN) and Goods Issued (GIN) logs, performing daily cycle counts and monthly physical stock takes.
Logistics Coordination: Liaise with the zonal warehouse to facilitate stock replenishment and immediately report any discrepancies, shortages, or losses.
2. Technical Diagnostics & Repairs Management
Warranty Verification: Act as the first line of technical assessment for faulty components, verifying warranty eligibility through standardized technical checks.
Basic Troubleshooting: Perform initial diagnostics on returned units to determine the nature of the fault before replacement or escalating for spare parts management.
Reverse Logistics: Document and manage the flow of faulty units and replacement parts to ensure a seamless service experience for the client.
3. Center Experience & Commercial Support
Ambiance Stewardship: Ensure the Experience Center is meticulously maintained, tidy, and arranged by SKU to provide a welcoming environment.
Customer Advisory: Welcome walk-in clients, gauge their energy needs, and provide expert assistance on Sun King’s product range.
Sales Conversion: Support the Experience Center Supervisor in lead generation, turning walk-in inquiries into confirmed sales and loyal brand advocates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: Degree or equivalent from a recognized institution in a related field.
Tenure: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a retail, operations, or customer-facing role.
Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word for accurate reporting and data management.
