We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • We are seeking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales / Marketing Personnel to join our team in Lekki, Lagos.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the real estate sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
  • Manage and update property listings and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate property viewings and follow up with potential buyers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: OND / NCE / HND qualification / B.Sc Degree
  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales/Marketing Personnel or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends in Ikeja and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
