Job Description:
VMAX Tea & Coffee is seeking a high-energy, creative Marketing Supervisor to lead our brand into its next phase of growth. This role is designed for a strategic marketer who understands the fast-paced nature of the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between digital buzz and in-store footfall—managing high-impact social media content while simultaneously executing local store marketing (LSM) activities. If you have experience in major beverage or food chains and know how to turn a seasonal drink into a viral trend, we want you to lead our marketing efforts.
Requirements:
1. Campaign Strategy & Brand Growth
Integrated Campaigns: Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns to drive top-line sales and brand equity.
Seasonal Innovation: Lead the launch of seasonal beverage activities, coordinating with the product team to ensure marketing aligns with menu updates.
Budget Stewardship: Manage the marketing budget with precision, ensuring a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and cost-effective execution.
2. Digital Presence & Influencer Relations
Social Media Ecosystem: Oversee Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels, ensuring a consistent aesthetic and high engagement rates.
Content Coordination: Direct the creation of high-quality visuals and videos that showcase the VMAX experience.
KOL & Media Partnerships: Identify and manage relationships with local influencers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive credible third-party endorsements.
3. Operational Synergy & Market Intelligence
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with the Operations and Franchise teams to ensure marketing initiatives are executable at the store level.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze customer behavior, footfall patterns, and campaign data to pivot strategies in real-time.
Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor trends in the cafe and beverage sector to keep VMAX ahead of the curve.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Experience
Industry Background: 2–3 years of experience in marketing, specifically within Restaurant, Café, or Beverage chains.
Proven Edge: Experience in established QSR chains (e.g., KFC, Burger King, Domino’s, Chicken Republic) is a major advantage.
Technical Literacy: Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, social media analytics, and basic content creation workflows.
Education & Skills
Academic: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Creative Mindset: Ability to brainstorm "out of the box" ideas for in-store activations and digital hooks.
Organizational Strength: Capable of managing multiple campaign timelines and vendor relationships simultaneously.
