Are you a results-driven marketer with a passion for real estate? Aviya Residence and Apartments Ltd is seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales Executive to drive our expansion in the Abuja market. This is a role for a sophisticated closer who understands that luxury real estate is as much about relationship management as it is about the property. We offer a competitive base salary paired with an uncapped commission structure, providing a direct path to high earnings for those who can convert high-intent leads into property owners.
Requirements:
1. Lead Conversion & Sales Lifecycle
Strategic Outreach: Identify and qualify high-quality leads, moving them through the sales funnel from initial contact to contract signing.
Consultative Selling: Conduct professional property inspections and deliver compelling, data-backed presentations that highlight ROI and lifestyle benefits.
Closing Mastery: Navigate negotiations and legal documentation to ensure a seamless acquisition experience for the buyer.
2. Investor & Stakeholder Relations
HNWI Engagement: Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with a network of private investors and corporate entities.
Portfolio Advisory: Act as a market expert, providing clients with insights into the Abuja property landscape to guide their investment decisions.
Brand Ambassadorship: Actively elevate the visibility of Aviya Residence through professional networking and high-level representation at industry events.
3. Market Analysis & Growth
Competitor Intelligence: Monitor market trends, pricing shifts, and new developments in Abuja to maintain a competitive edge.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline health, and client feedback to inform company strategy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Academic: HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven Track Record: 2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, luxury retail, or high-value insurance marketing.
Abuja Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of the Abuja property market and its specific neighborhood dynamics.
Core Competencies
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the poise and confidence required to engage with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs).
Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections and close complex, high-value deals.
Persuasiveness: A natural ability to tell a story through a property, linking features to the client's emotional and financial goals.
