Job Description:

• Identify and engage potential customers through various online platforms.
• Present and sell company products or services to new and existing customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Drive online sales through effective customer engagement and innovative digital strategies.
• Manage customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving any issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
• Track and record activities on accounts and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online sales campaigns.
• Ensure the online store is always up-to-date with accurate product information and pricing.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a minimum of OND.
• At least 2 years of experience in online customer service, sales, or related roles.
• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Strong writtento communication and persuasive selling skills.
• Must be tech-savvy, polite,roid and have a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Resides within or close to Lagos Island is an added advantage
• Customer service, sales, or related roles.
