Job Description:
Sabaplus Group is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to act as a strategic catalyst for our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying high-value market opportunities, forging elite partnerships, and driving revenue across our diverse business units. We are looking for a "visionary closer"—someone who can analyze complex market data to find an opening and then lead a team to execute a winning entry strategy. If you have a proven track record of exceeding aggressive growth targets and possess the leadership gravitas to mentor a high-performing sales force, we want you to help lead Sabaplus into its next phase of expansion.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & Market Expansion
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive business growth strategies that align with Sabaplus Group’s long-term vision and annual revenue goals.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, untapped niches, and potential risks.
New Market Entry: Lead the charge in identifying and penetrating new client segments and geographic markets.
2. High-Value Sales & Relationship Management
Deal Closure: Lead complex sales initiatives and high-stakes negotiations, ensuring favorable terms and successful deal closures.
Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong, sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, corporate partners, and high-value clients.
Proposals & Forecasting: Prepare sophisticated business proposals and performance forecasts to guide executive decision-making.
3. Leadership & Team Development
Team Mentorship: Lead and inspire the business development team, providing the training and tactical support necessary to consistently exceed targets.
Performance Culture: Foster a results-oriented culture of accountability and innovation within the department.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal business units to ensure a cohesive approach to brand growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience & Education
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
Proven Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a senior corporate sales role.
Industry Experience: Prior experience in corporate sales, consulting, or diversified group operations is a significant advantage.
