Job Description:
Neutriherbs Cosmetic Limited is seeking a high-caliber Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to spearhead our growth in the Lagos territory. In this role, you will be the chief architect of our market expansion, responsible for building a robust network of high-performing distributors and ensuring our products dominate the shelves of major cosmetic hubs and superstores. You will lead a dedicated sales force to not only secure initial orders but to drive "secondary sales"—ensuring rapid stock turnover for our partners. If you are a strategic leader with deep roots in the Lagos beauty market and a track record of exceeding aggressive targets, we want you to lead our brand to the next level.
Requirements:
1. Distribution & Network Expansion
Distributor Recruitment: Proactively identify and onboard high-capacity distributors (DBs) capable of moving volume across Lagos.
Superstore Management: Directly manage sales, supply chains, and relationships with tier-1 superstores and retail chains.
Lagos Market Development: Strategically map out and capture untapped segments of the Lagos market to increase brand footprint.
2. Market Execution & Brand Visibility
Market Dominance: Achieve maximum brand visibility and consumer demand in major cosmetic hubs (e.g., Trade Fair, Balogun, Mushin, etc.).
Secondary Sales Strategy: Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure distributors' stock moves quickly to retailers, guaranteeing a faster turnover for partners.
Price Integrity: Strictly monitor and enforce price compliance across all distributor and wholesale channels to prevent market cannibalization.
3. Strategic Leadership & Performance
Target Achievement: Lead the region to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
Strategic Growth Planning: Develop long-term sales strategies and route-to-market plans tailored to the specific dynamics of the Lagos cosmetics sector.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, including forecasting, logistics coordination, and administrative management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Background
Academic Background: B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Industry Tenure: Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or Cosmetics sector.
Lagos Expertise: Deep, firsthand knowledge of the Lagos cosmetics trade and established relationships with major market stakeholders.
