Job Description:

• Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to promote company projects and services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Recommend innovative ideas to strengthen brand visibility and market share.
• Develop creative content for advertisements, flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Plan and execute promotional events, property exhibitions, and open house activities
• Ensure consistent application of the company’s brand identity across all channels.
• Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the media team to create engaging photo, video, and virtual tour content.
• Generate and nurture leads, forwarding qualified prospects to the Sales Department.
• Respond to inquiries from potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms.
• Support the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations, and client proposals.
• Track and report marketing campaign results on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Monitor KPIs such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and social media engagement.de insights to management for decision-making.
