We're building integrated services that connect patients, customers, and partners across physical and digital channels.

Job Description:

A. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop quarterly unified marketing & growth plans for all business units.
  • Run market & competitor research and set positioning strategies.
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets to prioritise high-impact channels.

 

B. Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition

  • Lead SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing and CRO initiatives.
  • Drive pharmacy footfall, online orders, hospital bookings, and apartment enquiries.
  • Manage content calendars, creative briefs, and digital user journeys.

 

C. Physical & Local Marketing Execution

  • Implement hyper-local activations, in-store promotions and community outreach.
  • Build partnerships with local influencers, healthcare providers and community groups.

 

D. Growth & Performance Management

  • Track KPIs across units, identify underperformance, and propose corrective actions.
  • Work with Business Intelligence to translate insights into experiments and improvements.

 

E. Brand Management

  • Maintain consistent brand presence across all touchpoints and manage asset library.
  • Oversee creative approvals and vendor/agency relationships.

 

F. Business Growth & B2B Consulting Acquisition

  • Design B2B marketing strategies for the consulting arm and produce pitch materials.
  • Support partnership development and lead generation for consulting engagements.

 

G. Team Leadership & Innovation

  • Recruit and mentor a small marketing team; instil a test-and-learn growth culture.
  • Explore low-cost, high-impact growth tactics and scale successful experiments.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Pharmacy (Mace)

  • 10–15% monthly increase in walk-ins.
  • Higher repeat purchase rates and improved digital conversion.

 

2. Shortlet Apartments

  • Improved occupancy & booking conversions; growth in patient referrals.

 

3. Apartments / Hospitality Units

  • Maintain 70–80% occupancy; 25–30% enquiry-to-booking conversion; 4.7+ review rating target.

 

4. Healthcare Consulting (B2B)

  • Number of qualified leads and conversion into proposals/signed projects.

 

5. Digital & Brand Performance (All Units)

  • Traffic, engagement, landing-page conversion improvements and timely monthly reports.

 

Working Structure

  • Reports to: CEO
  • Works closely with: Operations leads, Design/Branding, Finance, Business Intelligence, HR

Requirements:

 

  • Execution-strong: runs campaigns end-to-end without losing speed.
  • Growth-driven: understands acquisition funnels across retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
  • Digitally skilled: competent with social ads, SEO/SEM, PPC, email, and CRM.
  • Analytical: uses data (Google Analytics, CRM data, Sheets) to decide and optimise.
  • Entrepreneurial & customer-centric: builds processes and focuses on footfall, retention, and CLV.
  • Healthcare-aware: understands patient behaviour and regulatory sensitivities.
  • Organised: structured reporting, budget discipline, and cross-team coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

Must-have

  • 3–5+ years in marketing, growth, or brand roles with demonstrable results.
  • Hands-on experience running digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, Meta, Google Ads, PPC).
  • Proven track record with consumer-facing campaigns and measurable ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of Abuja consumer dynamics and local activation tactics.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort with Google Analytics, CRMs, Excel/Sheets.
  • Excellent copywriting and communications skills.
  • Budget management experience and vendor coordination skills.

 

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or hospital marketing.
  • Background in retail, hospitality, FMCG or real estate marketing.
  • Basic design skills (Canva) and familiarity with marketing automation.

Salary

₦250,000 - ₦300,000/month
