Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns for all film releases, special screenings, and events.
• Build relationships with schools, corporate organizations, hotels, and community groups for bulk or group ticket sales.
• Manage cinema social media pages — ensuring consistent content, engagement, and growth.
• Coordinate brand activations, fan events, and influencer partnerships to promote upcoming films.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and report weekly.

Requirements:

• Ticket Sales Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for ticket revenue increase (10–15% growth). •Partnerships & Bulk Sales: Secure 4–6 group or corporate bookings monthly.

Campaign Execution:

• Run at least two in-house or digital campaigns per major film title per month.
• Brand Visibility: Increase social media followers and engagement by 20% quarterly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, analytics).
• Passion for cinema, entertainment, and audience engagement.
