Job Description:
This role is perfect for ambitious professionals seeking to build a career in sales, marketing, and client acquisition, particularly within the tech and digital services sector. As a Marketing & Sales Executive, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, engaging with prospects, managing follow-ups, and supporting lead generation initiatives. Working closely with the Wildfire team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across various aspects of marketing, sales, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation
Identify potential clients through online research, social media platforms, and inbound leads.
Client Outreach
Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, WhatsApp follow-ups, cold messaging, and social media outreach to engage prospects.
Marketing Campaign Execution
Implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and event promotions.
Sales Funnel Management
Set up and manage the sales funnel, track lead progress, and maintain accurate data in CRM systems and tracking tools.
Market Research
Conduct competitor analysis, audience research, and monitor industry trends relevant to Wildfire’s products and services.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Prepare and deliver weekly reports on outreach activities, lead conversion status, and marketing campaign performance.
Requirements:
Education: Lagos-based NYSC Corps Member or recent graduate with solid internship experience in marketing, business development, or sales.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Digital Skills: Good understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Organization: Strong organizational abilities and effective follow-up skills.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated, teachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Canva and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
Availability: Must be able to work from our Ilupeju, Lagos office at least 2–3 times per week.
