Job Description:

• Identify and engage prospective clients through online and physical marketing channels.
• Promote available property products to buyers and investors.
• Follow up on leads and maintain active communication with prospects.
• Participate in field marketing activities, property tours, and sales events.
• Maintain detailed client and lead information using approved reporting templates.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist in creating brand awareness through digital and community-based marketing.
• Provide excellent customer service from first contact to post-purchase engagement.

Requirements:

• OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good use of social media for marketing and lead generation is an advantage.
