Job Description:
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for new employees
Maintain, update, and manage accurate employee records and HR databases
Support performance appraisal and talent management processes
Professionally handle employee queries, concerns, and grievances, escalating when necessary
Coordinate staff training, development programs, workshops, and learning initiatives
Monitor staff attendance, leave, and ensure accurate record-keeping
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data to payroll teams
Contribute to employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and workplace culture activities
Support disciplinary processes while maintaining proper documentation
Prepare HR reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with work experience.
Salary
