Job Description:
Strategic Executive Support
Calendar & Priority Management: Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimized for business-critical tasks while proactively shielding them from non-essential interruptions.
Travel & Logistics: Design complex travel itineraries, agendas, and briefing documents, ensuring the CEO is fully prepared for all domestic and international engagements.
Decision Support: Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and data summaries required for executive decision-making.
Communication Gatekeeping: Draft, proofread, and edit sensitive correspondence; manage high-volume email traffic and respond on behalf of the CEO with professional discretion.
Senior Management & Board Liaison
Stakeholder Relations: Act as the principal liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including Board Members, VIP clients, and the Senior Management Team.
Executive Meetings: Participate as an adjunct member of the Executive Team—coordinating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on critical action items to ensure project completion.
Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain and update the CEO’s professional bio and public-facing materials, ensuring they reflect the current corporate vision.
High-Level Event & Project Management
Event Strategy: Lead the organization of conferences, board meetings, and high-level events, managing everything from guest lists and VIP accommodation to post-event feedback analysis.
Project Tracking: Support strategic initiatives by tracking deadlines, coordinating cross-departmental follow-ups, and managing ad-hoc projects from conception to completion.
Requirements:
Technical Savvy: Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel & PowerPoint) and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
Communication: Expert-level written and verbal communication skills; experience in internal/external communications is highly desired.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or a related field. (An MBA or Master’s degree is a significant advantage).
Experience: 5–6 years of total experience, with at least 3 years specifically supporting C-Suite Executives in the Finance, Consulting, or Corporate sectors.
