Job Description:
We are seeking a disciplined and people-oriented HR Officer to manage our end-to-end human resource functions. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for the entire employee lifecycle—from attracting top talent and seamless onboarding to managing performance and maintaining labor law compliance. You will balance technical administration (payroll support and records) with the "human" side of HR (conflict resolution and employee relations). The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who maintains the highest levels of confidentiality and is dedicated to fostering a productive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Requirements:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Recruitment Lifecycle: Coordinate the full recruitment process, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
Onboarding Excellence: Design and execute a comprehensive onboarding experience to ensure new hires integrate into the company culture and reach productivity quickly.
Workforce Planning: Support management in identifying staffing needs and maintaining an optimal talent pipeline.
2. Personnel Administration & Compliance
Records Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date employee files, digital records, employment contracts, and critical HR documentation.
Compliance: Ensure all HR activities and policies are strictly aligned with national labor laws and internal company standards.
3. Performance & Employee Relations
Appraisal Support: Facilitate the performance management cycle, assisting managers with appraisals and identifying training needs for staff development.
Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in employee grievances and manage disciplinary processes with fairness, transparency, and high integrity.
Policy Implementation: Communicate and enforce HR policies across the organization to maintain a disciplined and professional work environment.
HRIS & Data: Prepare workforce data reports and maintain basic payroll support, ensuring attendance and leave are tracked with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Technical Skills
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Software Proficiency: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with HRIS software is a plus.
Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of local labor laws and best practices in personnel management.
