Job Description:

  • Talent Acquisition: Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and issuing offer letters.

  • Onboarding & Orientation: Lead the new hire experience by facilitating comprehensive onboarding and orientation programs.

  • HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases; manage leave administration and respond to general staff queries.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and support the fair resolution of employee relations issues.

  • Performance Management: Support the annual appraisal cycle and performance management processes to drive staff productivity.

  • Documentation & Compliance: Assist in the preparation of employment contracts, policy updates, and the administration of the employee handbook.

  • Engagement & Training: Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and training programs, maintaining all relevant professional development records.

  • Audit Support: Provide assistance during internal HR audits and workplace investigations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

  • Efficiency: Ability to work under pressure, prioritize multi-level tasks, and meet strict deadlines.

  • Professionalism: High level of integrity for handling confidential personnel files and sensitive employee relations.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of general HR functions and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist.

  • Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
