Job Description:

Strategic HR & Talent Management

  • Strategy Alignment: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company’s long-term business objectives.

  • Talent Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding and long-term talent retention.

  • Performance Culture: Manage the performance appraisal system and disciplinary procedures, ensuring a fair and high-performance work environment.

  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Compliance & Policy Governance

  • Legal Stewardship: Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws, international best practices, and industry-specific regulatory requirements.

  • Policy Enforcement: Draft, review, and strictly enforce HR and administrative manuals, ensuring all employees are aligned with company protocols.

  • Administrative & Facility Leadership

  • Office Operations: Supervise the administrative team to ensure seamless day-to-day office functions, including procurement and vendor management.

  • Resource Management: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and the optimization of administrative budgets.

  • Facility Oversight: Manage office facilities and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure a safe and well-equipped working environment.

  • Reporting & KPIs: Develop and monitor key metrics for HR and compliance to provide data-driven insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Nigerian Labor Laws and modern HR best practices.

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and the MS Office Suite.

  • Leadership: Ability to supervise diverse teams and manage up to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR and Administrative Management, with a heavy emphasis on compliance.
