Job Description:
- Lead and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on market engagement and client acquisition.
- Expand the company’s presence in key target areas through direct client interactions.
- Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 7+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly results-oriented, strategic, and hands-on in market execution
