Job Description:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales.
• Lead, train, and supervise sales representatives and distributors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
• Manage social media marketing, advertising campaigns, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, retailers, and distributors.
• Track sales performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the content creator and business manager to enhance brand growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales/marketing (FMCG or herbal/pharmaceutical industry preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
