We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

Your Mission at Shirah:

• You don’t just run campaigns; you engineer growth. You see the big picture of business development and the tiny details of daily operations and you execute on both.
• You are the bridge between Product, Marketing, and Revenue. You are the kind of person who thrives in motion: testing new growth channels, managing a marketing calendar, leading a junior creative team, and ensuring that our operational engine never sputters.
• You move fast, test often, and optimize everything. You can switch from pitching a partnership to reviewing social media copy with an intern, and then shift gears to analyze user retention data. This role demands a "Full Stack" marketer who isn't afraid of Operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: Own the numbers. Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven marketing.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the Marketing Intern/Team, ensuring high-quality output and consistency.
• Business Operations: Optimize internal processes, manage tools (Trello/Slack), and ensure the "business side" of marketing runs smoothly.
• Partnerships & Biz Dev: Identify and close strategic opportunities (events, collaborations) to put our products in front of the right eyes.
• Oversee and Support Customer Experience : Manage and Oversee client report and interactions. 

Requirements:

• A Growth Hacker mindset: You care about Results, not just "Likes."
• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, or Business Operations in a Tech environment.
• Tech-savvy: You are proficient in Analytics tools, CRM, Project Management (Trello), and AI tools.
• Resilient & Adaptable: You remain calm under pressure and can pivot strategies quickly when business needs change.
• A clear communicator and a natural leader.
• A strategic thinker and doer; equally comfortable planning and executing.
• Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Remuneration Perks
