Job Description:
JC International (JCI) is seeking a high-caliber Digital Marketing Manager to architect and lead our digital growth strategy. In the complex world of Asset Integrity and Pipeline Services, "Digital Marketing" isn't just about posting—it's about building institutional authority and converting technical interest into tangible business leads.
You will be the bridge between our engineering excellence and our global market presence. You will work directly with the CEO and Business Development teams to deploy sophisticated, data-driven campaigns that enhance brand exposure and drive ROI. If you have a mastery of the full digital stack—from deep-technical SEO to high-conversion PPC and email automation—we want you to lead the JCI brand into its next phase of digital evolution.
Requirements:
1. Strategic Growth & Lead Generation
Inbound Strategy: Develop and implement an innovative digital marketing roadmap to promote JCI’s specialized services (Inspection, Maintenance, Training).
Funnel Optimization: Architect high-conversion pathways that turn website visitors and social media followers into qualified leads for the Business Development team.
PPC & Search Performance: Manage and optimize PPC, SEM, and Display Ad campaigns to maximize brand visibility and ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
2. Multi-Channel Content & Authority Building
SEO & Organic Traffic: Lead the Group’s SEO strategy to dominate search engine results for industry-specific keywords, driving high-quality organic traffic to the JCI website.
Website Stewardship: Manage and optimize the Group’s web presence, ensuring a superior User Experience (UX) and up-to-date technical content.
Thought Leadership: Create compelling, persuasive content for email marketing and social media that positions JCI as a thought leader in Asset Integrity and Marine services.
3. Analytics, Response & Reporting
Performance Intelligence: Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets, providing monthly actionable insights to leadership.
Social Response Management: Oversee community engagement, ensuring prompt and professional responses to inquiries and feedback across all platforms.
Trend Triage: Evaluate emerging digital technologies and industry trends to recommend strategic adoptions that keep JCI ahead of the competition.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within the B2B, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
Education: B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Mastery: Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Email Automation platforms.
Certification: Professional certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google, Hubspot, or DMI) are highly advantageous.
Core Competencies
Persuasive Communication: Ability to write technical yet compelling copy for a professional audience.
Analytical Grit: Comfort with complex data and the ability to pivot strategies based on performance metrics.
Design Literacy: Basic graphic design skills to support visual content creation and brand consistency.
